Meet Don Patten
Waynesville attorney Don Patten has practiced law in Western North Carolina since 1983. A graduate of Duke University and Mercer University, he began his career as an assistant district attorney for the State of North Carolina, 30th Prosecutorial District. After serving the citizens of Western North Carolina in this capacity for almost a decade, he entered private practice.
Mr. Patten is widely recognized as an experienced and effective trial attorney and an expert in family law. Over his many years of practice, he has tried hundreds of cases covering the areas of equitable distribution, child support, visitation and and custody.
